Remember, there are no paper tickets for this show - you get in with the credit card used for purchase.

Breeze through the gate with this quick checklist:

1. Don't forget your credit card and photo ID*!
   
   Paperless tickets are non-transferable - the authorized credit card holder must present the card used to purchase the tickets and a valid photo ID at the gate, even if the credit card holder is not attending the show.
    
2. Stick together: your entire party must enter at the same time, no exceptions.
   
   
3. As always, arrive early to make sure you're in your seats when the show starts.
   
   *(driver's license, state ID, or passport)

Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help expedite your concerns:

Q. What if I'm not going to the show, but I purchased the tickets?
A. If you bought the tickets for a friend or family member, you will need to take them to the entry gate and still present your credit card and government issued ID.

Q. What if I purchased the tickets, but my spouse is going to the event?
A. Your spouse must be an authorized user of the credit card, and must present the credit card along with their government issued ID to gain entry.

Q. What if my credit card expires before the event?
A. As long as you have the expired card or have received a replacement card with the same account number ahead of the event, you won't have any trouble. If you no longer have the expired card, and the new card does not contain the same account number, please contact Ticketmaster at customer_support@ticketmaster.com for further information.

Q. What if my card has been stolen or is lost?
A. If you do not have a credit card with the same account number as the one used to make the purchase, please contact Ticketmaster at customer_support@ticketmaster.com for further information.

STAR 94/TACO MAC PARENTS LOUNGE:
Attention Parents! The Star 94/Taco Mac Parent's Lounge will be open for YOU before and during the Miley Cyrus concert. Don't feel like sitting through the whole concert? Come on over! Taco Mac is adjoined to Philips Arena so parents with tickets but choosing not to sit and watch the show have somewhere to go and can grab dinner or watch a sporting event on one of the big screens, but can also access the arena to check in on their party.

If parents do not have a ticket for themselves, Taco Mac is still close enough to the arena that it is a convenient spot to sit and wait for the end of the show. The Star 94/Taco Mac Parent's Lounge will be open from 5PM - 10PM.
