BIG EVENT AND BIG ARTISTS FOR 15-YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Atlanta, GA - April 14, 2009 - IT’S BACK AND PROMISES TO BE BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER! Coca-Cola and Hot107.9 are excited to announce BIRTHDAY BASH 15 – the celebration of the South’s largest and highest rated summer concert. Taking place on Saturday, June 19th at Philips Arena, Atlanta will completely become saturated with music lovers from all over the country that will be a part of this historic celebration which is likely to be sold out as it has been in previous years.

Birthday Bash is a landmark event for Atlanta and the Southeastern region by putting today’s hottest Hip Hop and R&B stars at the forefront of over 20,000 fans (this is the second largest radio station event in the country). Previous artists that have been atop the Birthday Bash stage include: Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lil
Wayne, TI, Ciara, Usher, Ludacris, Young Jeezy, and Snoop Dogg. This year’s artist lineup will be nothing short of the best of today’s hip hop artists.

The events start with a ticketed pre-party inside of Philips Arena at 4pm, with performances by the most up-and-coming local artists (limited space availability first come first serve basis). The main event will take place immediately following the pre-party with doors
opening at 6pm.
